Garden: Our stay at Ruby's Retreat was an absolute delight thanks to the stunning garden. It felt like stepping into a botanical wonderland, with vibrant flowers and lush greenery surrounding us. It was the perfect place to unwind and enjoy a peaceful afternoon. I could almost imagine fairies dancing among the flowers, it was that magical!
Car note: An uncalled-for note on our windscreen asking us to move our car, despite clearly packing up to leave.

Enjoyed sunbathing on the terrace, but had to be careful not to burn to a crisp. Kids played perfectly on the playground, only a few broken bones. Managed to park my fancy car for free and had decent WiFi for once.
Towels in the apartment were so fluffy, I felt like I was being suffocated.

The apartment at Ruby's Retreat was amazing! The kitchen had everything we needed including a microwave and fridge. The 2 bedrooms were cozy and comfortable. And the best part was the flat-screen TV for some movie nights!
Personally, I wasn't a fan of the shower in the bathroom, but that's just my opinion. Others might still find it enjoyable.

We loved the modern and well-designed decor of the chalet. the walk-in shower was great and the beds were very comfy. the addition of real plants added a nice touch to the overall ambiance. the chalet was cleaner than most hotels we've stayed in and at a more affordable price. we were impressed with the cleanliness, decor, and amenities provided.
We felt very relaxed during our stay and had no reason to complain.

We had a wonderful time at Ruby's Retreat. The chalet had a modern and well-designed decor, creating a comfortable and inviting atmosphere. The walk-in shower was fantastic and the beds were incredibly comfortable. We also appreciated the touch of having real plants in the chalet.
During our stay, we experienced a minor inconvenience with the blinds. They didn't offer much privacy, especially at night, but thankfully there were curtains in the bedrooms that provided some cover.

We had a quiet and cozy Christmas at this hotel. The chalet was clean and nicely decorated with modern furnishings. The double bed was really comfortable, making our stay quite pleasant. The location was peaceful, and we enjoyed taking a nice walk to the nearby Roman Fort. the neighbors in the other chalets were friendly and helpful.
One major downside was the lack of basic supplies provided. We were only given one roll of toilet paper and had to purchase more from the nearby shop.

Ruby's Retreat was a stylish and well-appointed property with all the necessary cooking utensils. The location was perfect for my work event and the instructions for access were clear. I found the property to be clean, comfortable, and had a nice piece of garden for my dogs. The neighbors were friendly and helpful.
One specific situation that I experienced was a minor inconvenience with the lack of basic supplies. There was only one roll of toilet paper and no kitchen essentials provided, so I had to go out and buy things like cooking oil and extra toilet paper.

The chalet was sparkling clean and beautifully decorated with modern furnishings, just like in the pictures. Despite being close to other chalets, the area was peaceful and there was no noise disturbance. We enjoyed a nice walk to the nearby Roman Fort and it was just a short drive away from the main sights of the Broads. The accommodation had a comfortable and cozy feel with plants dotted around and matching appliances. The beds were super comfortable and we slept well, although the early morning light under the curtains was a bit of a nuisance. The walk-in shower was great and we loved the modern and well-designed decor. The mini update since our last stay was mind-blowing, with lovely fresh decor and spotless surroundings. The peacefulness of the area, along with easy parking, made our stay even more enjoyable. We also appreciated the convenience of amenities like Wi-Fi, free parking, a dryer, electric kettle, cookware, and a flat-screen TV. The express and VIP check-in/-out options were a nice touch. There were plenty of outdoor activities available, including hiking, fishing, golf, and bowling. The outdoor dining area and picnic tables were great for enjoying meals in the beautiful surroundings. The children's play area was a bonus for families traveling with kids, and the fact that pets were allowed was a huge plus for pet owners like us. our experience at this retreat was absolutely fantastic and we highly recommend it.
